Peanut Butter Power Protein Shake


I have been on the quest for an amazing protein shake that would blow my mind and I have found it. If you are a peanut butter and banana lover, read on.

As you all know I’m a Pinner which is great when you’re on a quest and when you stumble upon a website called you know you found potential.  I probably spent a good hour just looking through their workout routines and exploring every tab they have on their page when I stumbled across this recipe. Instant attempt, instant success and now I’m sharing it with you.



  • Slice up the banana into small chunks.
  • Throw all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend thoroughly until liquefied.
  • Enjoy.
