As you all know I’m a Pinner which is great when you’re on a quest and when you stumble upon a website called leanitup.com you know you found potential. I probably spent a good hour just looking through their workout routines and exploring every tab they have on their page when I stumbled across this recipe. Instant attempt, instant success and now I’m sharing it with you.
- Slice up the banana into small chunks.
- Throw all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend thoroughly until liquefied.
